The location was good, for example, Tha Phae Gate was not too far away from the hotel. It was in a calm area with variety of restaurants and local restaurants.

Had a really comfortable stay here. My room was big and absolutely gorgeous thanks to the accommodating staff. The breakfast offered was great and nice with the rice and freshly brewed coffee of very good quality, for instance, couldn't have asked for more.

During our recent stay at Na Baanya, we were impressed by the attentive and friendly staff. They went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. One specific situation that stood out was when we needed to leave for the airport at 3:30am. The receptionist helped us call a cab in advance and even offered to provide us with a packed breakfast box. The level of care and thoughtfulness was truly exceptional. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect for exploring Chiang Mai, with everything within walking distance. The rooms were clean and had a modern design, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel made us feel at home. Despite a few minor drawbacks like the lack of an elevator and small rooms, the exceptional service and convenient location made our stay memorable and we would highly recommend Na Baanya to others. we had a lovely stay and would definitely choose Na Baanya again in the future.
